Click on Cancel. Select the Recovered Message folders and delete it. Empty the deleted items folder. Close Windows Mail. Open Control Panel and Click on Classic view. Open Folder options. Click on apply and ok. Click on start. Paste the copied location in start search and hit enter. Delete all the Recovered message folders. Check if the issue is resolved. Scroll to the import messages option within the file menu. Click on it and select the same file format as that which you have used in the Windows Live Mail backup folder.
