I am against votekicks, admins should handle that or if it's possible than we should get a cs:go like overwatch system. I am one of the better gamers and since years people kick me for "cheating".

Now in cs:go I can finally play without worrying about people kicking me because there are no abusive admins and people can't kick you when you play with a friend. Signature removed, over allowed size. It is pretty much the same for both sides.

Admins will start abusing their powers if they are ticked off or something. Same as the players they will abuse the kickvote system. Also every public server somewhat the same rules like don't intentionally stack teams, no cheating, no laming ect. Note that the pickups will respawn after awhile in the exact spot you summoned them.
